This policy explains how Ferri Communications collects, uses, retains, protects and, when necessary, discloses personal information through its websites and digital services.

01Personal information we collect

We collect only the information necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to provide the services requested. When you use a contact form, we may collect:

  • Your business name
  • Your email address
  • The need you select
  • The information you choose to enter in the open text field

We may also collect information you choose to provide when you register for a lead magnet, newsletter, training, event, booking or mailing list. The exact information depends on the relevant form and interaction.

For academy purchases, payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe may collect and process the information needed to authorize and complete a payment. Ferri Communications uses the information made available to it to confirm the transaction, manage billing where applicable and provide the access purchased.

The websites use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel. Depending on how these tools are configured, they may collect technical and browsing information, including online identifiers, page interactions, device information, IP address, pages viewed and campaign-related actions.

Depending on how these tools are configured, the websites may use cookies or similar technologies to measure traffic, understand interactions and evaluate campaigns. This policy and the consent mechanisms will be updated if that configuration changes.

03How we use personal information

  • Systeme.io for forms, lead magnets, lists, registrations, emails and academy operations, as applicable
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel for analytics, measurement and campaigns
  • Stripe for payments made through the academy

These providers may access personal information only to the extent necessary to provide their services. Ferri Communications does not sell personal information.

Some providers may store, process or make information accessible outside Quebec or Canada. Where necessary, Ferri Communications will take the steps required to assess and protect any communication of personal information.

05Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, manage the business relationship, meet legal, tax or contractual obligations, or resolve a potential dispute.

We periodically review the information we retain. When it is no longer necessary, we delete, destroy or anonymize it where possible. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the relationship with the individual and the nature of the transaction.

Ferri Communications uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information against loss, unauthorized access, misuse, alteration or disclosure. These measures include, as applicable:

09Minors

Ferri Communications websites and services are intended exclusively for adults and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 14. If we learn that we have received a minor's information without the required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or address the situation in accordance with the law.
